My Approach
My process and ethos
I believe there is no singular method when defining the process to create the best user experiences. My approach follows the process of Design Thinking along with the principles of Jakob Neilson’s Usability Heuristics and the Product Triad as a foundation.
This, in conjunction with an agile methodology, considerations for human behaviour, AI integration and object-oriented design allows for a holistic approach, while ensuring the more granular aspects are addressed.
Design Thinking with an Agile Foundation
The Design Thinking Process is a human-centred approach with a focus on empathy to uncover deep insights of users and their mental models when crafting possible solutions. The steps are not linear and can occur simultaneously and can be repeated.
The motivation behind my passion and ambition in UX is the people I designing for, I believe the better I can understand my user, the better I can design an experience that they truly love and want to use.
I'm meticulous with high standards and expect pixel perfect designs (even under tight deadlines). I love cross-team collaboration and thrive when working with a passionate team to accomplish a common goal. As a team member, I inspire new ideas, constantly innovate, am forever curious and enjoy asking the questions to bring different perspectives to the fore.
